We provide AI consulting and automation services, and operate AI assistants that answer questions about our business on our website and on messaging platforms. The assistants provide general information to help you decide how we can help; they are not a substitute for professional, legal, or financial advice.

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Use them for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

4. AI-generated content

Our assistants use AI to generate responses and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Please verify anything important with us directly before relying on it. Pricing and project specifics are always confirmed by our team — not quoted as final by the assistant.

5. Intellectual property

The Emarintel name, logo, website, and content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or assistants.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
